Today, the Fontanska community became a space for professional communication, experience exchange, and the search for new ideas in the field of education. An educational forum, 'Development Vector: from Dream to Result,' took place here, gathering active, creative, and open-to-change educators.
Participants joined a panel discussion, a creative workshop, and an emotional resilience workshop, where they discussed new approaches to sports education and the development of school sports infrastructure, mental health and inclusion, digitalization and security, challenges in the educational environment, and tools for professional development.
The forum was an initiative of the Fontanska Village Council. The event was organized by the Department of Education, Culture, and Sports of the Fontanska Village Council and the public organization UkraineActive, with the support of the Odesa District Military Administration.
The event brought together over 200 participants from more than 20 communities of the Odesa district, confirming that the development of education is impossible without cooperation, experience exchange, and collective search for effective solutions. We thank all participants, speakers, and partners for the meaningful dialogue, new ideas, and the desire to jointly shape the modern educational space. 🤝 Together we create a vector of development that leads from a dream to a result.
