1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the access to the official website of the Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of Fontanka Village Council (hereinafter referred to as the Department) and the rules for using all materials, services, information, and tools placed on it.
By visiting, browsing, or using this website, you confirm your full and unconditional agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use or any part of them, you must stop using this website.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyrights
All rights to the materials published on this website (including, but not limited to: texts, analytical materials, articles, news, photographs, illustrations, audio and video recordings, graphic images, logos, website design, source code, and databases) belong to the Department or are used on legal grounds with the consent of the respective copyright holders and are protected by the legislation of Ukraine on copyright and related rights, as well as international treaties.
The use of website materials is subject to the following rules:
- Any copying, reproduction, publication, translation, distribution, or other use of materials for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Department is strictly prohibited.
- Free non-commercial use of textual information (citing, reprinting) is allowed in the amount of no more than two paragraphs, provided that a direct, open-to-search-engines hyperlink to the original material on the website
fontanka-osvita.gov.uais placed in the first or second paragraph of the publication. - When using photo and video materials, the Department's logo (if present on the image) must be preserved, and the author of the material or the source — Fontanka UTC Education Department — must be indicated.
3. User Code of Conduct
Website users agree to strictly comply with the rules of conduct and the current legislation of Ukraine. In particular, it is prohibited:

- The content of external web resources and third-party websites links to which may be contained on our website. Visiting these links is at the user's own risk.

6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes and controversies arising in connection with the use of this website or the interpretation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
